I have written on my dry erase board the phrase, "The reason that I live is that Jesus loves me!" I'll be going along my day, feeling like crap, then look over and see that reminder. Is there anything that encourages you like that? Have you ever thought, "Oh, that is so good and encouraging! I want that on my wall! I'm afraid I'll forget it, but I don't want to ever forget it!" Today, make a priority to put it on your wall. Sometimes, a message like that may be one huge thing that God uses to get you through the day.
How do you want to impact the world? What are your goals? Do you feel like you don't have purpose in life? Sometimes I do. I have to remember the purpose that God put me here for. There is something deep inside of you that is so deep that only God could have put it there. And it is something that only God can accomplish in your life. I know that you can do it. I believe in you!
I believe that our ultimate purpose is to meet Him in person one day, the way we know Him from earth now. Until then, God has a purpose for us, and it will help other people to find Him, too. I hope by reading this blog you can be encouraged to complete your life dream.
Whatever your purpose in life is, I always think it is important to spend time alone with God and fall more in love with Him everyday, to meditate on Scripture, to love your family, and to love your friends. It's so important to care for the widow, for the orphan, and for those in prison. Maybe together we can encourage each other to good works and to accomplishing these things. We can help each other to grow in our relationships with God and with those around us, and make a difference - one life at a time.
